User Data Deletion Instructions

ChillguyBD uses Facebook and Instagram integrations to respond to comments and product enquiries. You may request deletion of personal data received through these integrations.
How to request deletion
- Email nurislamk211@gmail.com with the subject Meta Data Deletion Request.
- Include your Facebook or Instagram username, the Page or post where you contacted us, and an approximate date. Do not send your password or access token.
- We will verify the request where necessary, delete data under our control that is linked to the request, and confirm completion by email. We aim to respond within 30 days.
Some information may be retained where required for fraud prevention, security, legal compliance, dispute handling, or protection of legal rights. Information held independently by Meta or another service provider must be requested from that provider under its own privacy process.
