About ChillguyBD
ChillguyBD operates an online retail business from Dhaka, Bangladesh. Product listings, social-media posts, comments, messages, and automated replies are provided to help customers learn about products and place orders.
Product information and availability
We aim to keep product descriptions, prices, images, stock information, and delivery details accurate. Availability and prices may change without notice. If information in an automated or social-media reply conflicts with the final checkout or a confirmation from our team, please contact us before ordering so we can verify it.
Orders and payment
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may contact you to confirm availability, delivery information, or payment details. We may refuse or cancel an order where information is incorrect, stock is unavailable, fraud is suspected, or fulfillment is not reasonably possible. Any payment, refund, cancellation, or delivery terms shown during checkout or confirmed by our team also apply to the relevant order.

Our Facebook and Instagram integrations may automatically identify product questions, publish a relevant public reply, or send a private response containing product information. Automated responses are informational and may occasionally require correction or confirmation by a human. Order-status, payment, refund, complaint, and other sensitive matters may be held for human review.
You must not use our pages, messages, or automation to send unlawful, abusive, deceptive, harmful, infringing, or spam content; attempt to gain unauthorized access; interfere with the service; or impersonate another person.
Accounts and third-party platforms
Facebook, Instagram, payment services, delivery providers, and other third-party services are governed by their own terms. ChillguyBD is not responsible for a third party’s independent service, availability, or account decisions. Your use of Meta platforms remains subject to Meta’s applicable terms and policies.

Unless otherwise stated, ChillguyBD’s website content, product presentation, branding, graphics, copy, and original media are owned by or licensed to ChillguyBD. You may use the service for personal shopping and communication, but may not reproduce, resell, scrape, or exploit our content or systems without permission.
